This upgrade will enhance the speed, safety, and energy efficiency of all passenger elevators. The work will be carried out in phases so that at least two elevators remain in operation at all times. However, tenants may experience longer than usual wait times, particularly during peak morning and evening hours. We recommend using the stairwells for travel between adjacent floors whenever possible. The freight elevator will remain fully available for deliveries throughout the project. Each phase is expected to last approximately three weeks, with the entire project scheduled for completion by the end of July. Building management will post weekly progress updates in the lobby.
