One Piece Anime Quiz | Episodes 191–200: Skypiea Finale, Return to the Blue Sea, and Marine Fortress Infiltration

Wyper is moved by the story of Cricket, who continues searching for the City of Gold because he believes his ancestor Noland. He helps bring down Giant Jack. Once it tilts, Nami places Luffy on the Waver, drives its Jet Dial at full output, and launches him toward the golden bell. The cooperation is not an attempt to monopolize the gold.

Luffy first enters the mass of thunderclouds and disperses it with Gum-Gum Fireworks: Golden Peony. Beyond it, he attacks Enel's thunder-god form with Gum-Gum Golden Rifle. Although both techniques use the gold attached to him, one removes an obstacle while the other targets his opponent.

The bell is heard not only in Skypiea but also by Mont Blanc Cricket on the Blue Sea. For a man who has continued searching because he believes in the City of Gold, the sound supplies the answer from the sky. Cricket does not travel to Skypiea and see the bell directly; he hears it from far below.

Usopp gathers Skypiea's distinctive Dials, while Luffy's group obtains treasure from inside the giant snake. Robin reads the inscription at the Great Belfry and discovers writing left by Gol D. Roger beside it. Roger's words are next to the inscription; the scene does not say he wrote the inscription itself.

A Skypiean Octopus Balloon surrounds the falling hull and slows the Going Merry into a gentle descent toward the Blue Sea. Its role differs from the Jet Dial-powered Waver that launches Luffy toward the bell in Episode 191; the balloon supports the entire ship's return.

The ship is empty, but a half-finished cup of coffee and an unattended burning cigarette show that someone was there moments earlier. That contradiction between recent signs of life and the absence of people leads the Marines to imagine a ghost ship. It does not mean the crew has turned invisible and remained aboard.

The disguised Luffy and Sanji are mistaken for cooks dispatched from Marine Headquarters. Jessica, the proud head chef who runs the kitchen, proposes a cooking contest to Sanji. Nami's nurse disguise and Usopp's Marine disguise belong to separate locations and later infiltration attempts.

Fortress commander Jonathan captures Zoro. Nami avoids immediate suspicion in a nurse's disguise, while Chopper, still hidden in a crate, is accidentally carried to the infirmary as injured people from a storm-struck ship arrive. The three are not executing one shared infiltration plan.

Jonathan is the one who sees through Luffy and Sanji's cook disguises. Meanwhile, Robin continues examining the fortress cautiously, but Usopp leaves her to hurry toward the dock and recover the Merry. His solo infiltration in a Marine uniform ends with his capture, contrasting caution with haste.

The complete absence of people already makes the central island suspicious, but Luffy and Sanji press on with the rescue. They find a cage fitted with Seastone, which can suppress a Devil Fruit user, and Marines waiting for them. The trap is a Marine ambush, not a reuse of Skypiea's devices.
