Chopper's first patient was Dr. Kureha, who had fallen ill with a fever. Hiriluk inspired Chopper to become a doctor, but he is not the person presented as Chopper's first patient in this episode. Chopper's present work on a Rumble Ball leads into the memory of treating Kureha.

Nami intends to use the fine paper to chart the voyage they have completed, work connected directly to her dream. Zoro and Sanji's quarrel and the others' noisy play disrupt that concentration. The paper is not for a flag or an accounting document.

Sanji does not take over the finished dish and claim the achievement. By appearing to interfere while quietly guiding Tajio, he leaves room for the apprentice who shares his All Blue dream to overcome the challenge through his own work.

The 200-shot firework symbolizes a dream inherited from Kodama's parents, but it is also unfinished and dangerous. Odama is preventing an accident rather than rejecting the dream itself. Festival rules and the division of gunpowder are not the central reason.

The crew frightened Zenny so badly that he fainted, and they begin looking after him as restitution. The goats do not sentence them to forced labor, and the chores are not a bargain for either the ship or the treasure.

Moneylending was a way for Zenny to finance his dream of going to sea, not the dream itself. After being stranded on a deserted island and growing old, he gave up on becoming Pirate King until Luffy challenged the idea that age should stop him.

The reversal comes from Zenny's heart attack, not a new Marine weapon or a failure of the ship. Once the captain collapses, the Marines he had nearly defeated can put a sword to him. The scene brings his newly realized dream into conflict with his physical limitation.

Mayor Wetton rules the island and imposes taxes on virtually everything, while Henzo studies the Rainbow Mist. Government and research belong to different people; Henzo is not the official levying the taxes.

The five figures who look like ghosts are the companions who disappeared 50 years earlier and whom Henzo has continued to seek. They appear as children even though decades have passed outside the mist, making the reunion startling. The episode does not establish them as dead spirits.
